Our new schedule is AWESOME!!

September is going to be a great month at Studio Satya!

First a cancellation....

Hailey will no longer be teaching Power Flow on Thursday mornings.

BUT.....

It's not gone!  It's been moved to 6:30pm on Wednesday nights and it will now be a Vinyasa Flow class that is appropriate for all levels and still a great workout and wonderful for calming the mind after a long day.

We also have...

Monday night at 6pm

Tuesday night at 7pm (but this class is subject to cancellation based on attendance)

Wednesday at 6:30pm

Thursday at 6:30pm

All with INCREDIBLE teachers!

My husband spent 8 hours to weave these floors back together!! He is a Rockstar and the floors look incredible! 

First class in the space!

The walls came down Wednesday night and by Friday morning at 6am we had our first class in the new and improved space!! Have I said that my husband is a Rockstar??

Yoga for Everyone

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. Yoga also connects us to others and shows us that we are part of something bigger then ourselves.

Calm Your Mind

Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
