Keep your eyes peeled for outdoor yoga classes!
We are looking into the possibility of opening up classes at the studio again...
but with that, there are some things that we need to know and that you need to know.
If you feel safe and are interested in participating in classes at the studio I need you to email me or text me (253) 261-3948 that you want to come in to class, if you would either prefer 6am, 9am or evening time and your cell number so I can text you.
**** Please review the liability waiver under the Studio Satya tap at the top.
I am only going to allow 5 students at a time to keep our mats 6 ft apart. You may choose to wear a mask, but I need you to know that I will not be wearing a mask. Just want to be completely transparent.
I will text people 24-48 hours before class to offer you a physical spot and I just need you to respond with a yes or no. If I get a no I will move to the next person on the list and I will just cycle through the list every week. Obviously, I'm not sure how this will work, so if it sucks, I'll figure out another way and keep you updated as much as I can.
I'm hoping that this makes sense. I will still be offering the Zooms at the same time as the physical class so you will not be missing out on yoga if you prefer to stay home and Zoom with us!!
Thank you for understanding this craziness and being so open and awesome during this time! Please let me know if you have any questions!
Sending you all my love!
We love you!

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you improve and gain knowledge of poses, correct posture and positioning, and improve your breathing and outlook on life.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. Yoga also connects us to others and shows us that we are part of something bigger then ourselves.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
