Here are the rules:
1.Print out a bingo "card"
2. Straight Bingo - horizontal, vertical or diagonal
3. First one to send me their bingo card wins a prize
4. Every bingo card after gets put in a drawing, you can do as many cards as you'd like. (You can even use the same card for multiple bingos, just use different colors for different bingos).
5. A winner will be announced at the end of the month.
6. First blackout receives a special prize too!!

As most of you may know Governor Inslee has issued a mandatory state wide closure. After our 10am class this morning we will be closing the doors to all group classes and hope to re-open so.
You all are some of the most important people in my life and I would do anything to keep you all safe and healthy and right now this is the best way to do that.
But there is some good news! I'm posting videos on You Tube and my website and hopefully Facebook and now I'm adding Zoom classes. If you feel so encouraged to donate or buy a punch card now to use later I would so appreciate it!
There will be more information to come so stay tuned and stay connected. We will get through this together.

Wednesday there is a 6am and 8am Zoom
Thursday the Zoom is at 5:30pm
No Friday 8pm, but there is a 6am

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you improve and gain knowledge of poses, correct posture and positioning, and improve your breathing and outlook on life.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. Yoga also connects us to others and shows us that we are part of something bigger then ourselves.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
