Meet Jody! Tuesday and Thursday Mornings!

Starting on Tuesday November 6th, Studio Satya will be adding two more classes to the schedule!  

We will be adding a 9:15am yoga class on Tuesday and Thursday morning!
There are a lot of opportunities to yoga together.  Check out the calendar below for more yoga classes!  


Meet Ryan


Ryan teaches on Wednesday at 5:30pm (in March) and Friday mornings at 9:30am 

A little about Ryan

He loves adventuring, traveling, hiking, biking, skydiving, rock climbing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, canyoneering, slack lining, playing guitar, singing, dancing, surfing, scuba diving (Dive master), Whitewater River Guiding, reading, writing, skiing/snowboarding (experience as ski patrol for 3 years) rescue work (first responder), swift water rescue technician.


Yoga for Everyone

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you improve and gain knowledge of poses, correct posture and positioning, and improve your breathing and outlook on life. 


Enhance Your Wellness

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. Yoga also connects us to others and shows us that we are part of something bigger then ourselves. 


Calm Your Mind

Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
